They fixed it, did not sell me anything extra, gave me honest opinion of the opener condition and did it in a timely manner. Their fee was reasonable. I would recommend though that they inform the customer first what the cost is if before they fix it. Thankfully their fee was not unreasonable but that may not be the case for everyone."

"Jim Lockhart is the best of the best. From the time we were planning our project right through completion, he was the model of precision and professionalism. While Jim owns the business, he also worked on site each and every day. Our project together included a 2nd floor master suite addition, additional bathroom remodel, new roof, siding, windows, and HVAC! Jim was always on time and showed up when he said he was. Once our project started he was there every day consistently and worked incredibly hard each day. He worked with high quality sub-contractors when necessary (roof, electrical, and plumbing) and held them to highest standard and was on site while they worked. While construction was occuring, Jim was careful to keep our house as clean as possible and took extra care to ensure my children were comfortable and safe and their home.
