"<p>As noted, we elected not to do the work because we would need to wait 9-12weeks for them to begin work and we'd be up against the holidays.  Also, once work began we could not use the bathroom for two weeks; and Got Grout would need 3 visits during that time to complete their work.</p> <p>With that being said, our impression of Got Grout is very positive - details below.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> We contacted Got Grout in late September and received a call back the same day and arranged for Josi Kennedy and her husband to evaluate our job and give an estimate.  We needed grout cleaning and minor grout repair as well as recaulking for a hall bath with 4x4 tiles (shower over tub with tile surround and tile floor).   Josi and her husband were prompt, professional, and easy to speak with.  They offered a lot of great information.  In general, they gave us confidence that they could do the job very well.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> When we received their estimate (which was very prompt), the estimate was somewhat short on detail so if we were going to use them, likely we'd have had to ask several questions but I think their answers would likely have satisfied us.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In the end, Got Grout's lead time of 9-12 weeks before starting (because they are busy)  was simply too long so we moved on to evaluate other contractors. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"The work was simply excellent. Bekar's team was courteous, punctual, clean, responsive to questions, and provided feedback and recommendations throughout the process. They quickly worked through issues, including repairing an uneven floor that required leveling, and STILL got the work done on time. In the picture included, you'll notice that the floor runs right into the tile without need for a T-molding. That's not easy to do. Bekar was upfront with pricing, extremely reasonable, and responded immediately to emails and calls. I can't recommend LLB enough, and in fact we are using them again in the next week to install carpet in a number of rooms in our house. Services performed: * removal and haulaway of old carpet * installation of bamboo flooring in two rooms * installation of underlayment * leveling of floor in one room * installation of quarter-round in two rooms"

We had gotten paint onto one of the carpets so they worked at trying to get most of it out, and really made a great improvement in that room. Because some of the carpets are older they didn't even try to sell me the carpet protector package which I greatly appreciated. I felt the price was fair and will definitely use them again. <br />"
