Then I spoke With Eddie. He changed my mind after providing much needed GE operating information. Within 3 days my oven was repaired. Both upper and lower heating elements were changed out and the oven works great. Eddie was the first service technician who took the time to explain what happened and why. He was honest and forthright about servicing the oven. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and left my kitchen in the same condition he found it - CLEAN. He made sure all debris was removed. I highly recommend this young man. He has become my go-to guy for any appliance repair."

"Jeff has done several jobs for me and was prompt and friendly and knew what he was doing. One time, he came out to fix our refrigerator, which only needed a new cord and plug, but I had just had a dishwasher delivered into the garage and asked if he would install it while he was there. I used a dolly and brought it into the kitchen. He removed the old one and took it out to the curb, and promptly installed the new one. He was friendly, professional, did a great job...and he was reasonable. I highly recommend him."

"We were hooked-up with Air Pro through our home warranty contract and they were just wonderful. They replaced our heat pump that was original to the addition from the early 1950"s and no longer had parts available. Rocco came out to measure and see the area covered by the heat pump. He seemed especially excited to point-out how nice the new ones are compared to ours...(like the remote control!) The main issue with the old one was in the motor of the outside half and at first Rocco was not too sure the warranty company would cover the interior unit, too. He assured us that he would do his best to get the most comprehensive coverage he could. Well, after his communication with them they covered BOTH parts... that could have been potentially Thousands out of pocket! We were still responsible for disposal, concrete pad, etc.expenses (thus the $485.00) but we feel this was more than reasonable! On installation day, Ed came with his crew and thoroughly checked-out the installation area as it was in a room that is 3 walls of all windows and this, unlike the old heat pump needed to be installed up high. They were able to work around any issues from the architecture of the room. He and his whole crew were very professional and polite. They took their time in the installation and then testing the cooling and heating properties for proper performance. They recognized any possible problem areas with the modified installation and paid particular attention to those when running the tests. Before they left, everything was cleaned-up and both Ed and another gentleman on the crew had reviewed the usage and features on the remote control. We bought our 1937 home 18 months ago and have needed numerous repair and service companies since then. Comparatively, this was a very nice experience and I couldn't recommend them more enthusiastically!"

"Serviceman gave the furnace a fairly thorough check up trying to diagnose my problem. He couldn't pin point the problem (an intermittent banging noise), but it wasn't for a lack of trying. Answered all my questions quite well and put my mind at ease concerning the safety of the furnace. His speculation on the problem turned out to be correct - it was something in the ductwork. Since we had a cash offer, the work needed completed immediately. Since we had Good's Plumbing recently do the AC in this house, I had called them again and explained my dilemma.
