He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. When I called for service, I reviewed the symptom's of the problem with Mr. Fazio and he knew exactly what was wrong and scheduled a next day appointment.  He arrived on time for the appointment and was very courteous and professional during his visit, and my oven was fixed within minutes. "Mr. Tegge could not have been nicer,  he arrived just as he said he would to give me an estimate.  He spent considerable time answering my questions and discussing my roof and it's long term maintenance.  I have had the pleasure of working with him before and this time was no exception.  When his team arrived to work on the roof, gutters and power washing they were courteous and did a beautiful job.  My house looked like it had just been painted.  Every thing had been cleaned up and looked wonderful.It is a pleasure to work with him and I do not plan on contacting anyone else for any renovations or repairs I may need in the future.  As we are new to the area it is a pleasure to have met someone who is trustworthy and capable.Thanks again!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
