"Eddie was responsive and prompt, assessing the problem with my washer and getting me a used one within a week in a time when inventory was low elsewhere."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Along with installing new bedroom and closet doors, the contractor also installed vinyl plank flooring in our living room, dining room, and bedrooms. He also hung our dining room chandelier, and installed moon lights above our fireplace. His attention to detail in his work was impeccable and he completes the job in a timely manner. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to have work done on their home."

"Previously had my washer fixed by him so I recently had him back for my dishwasher. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the parts ordered just as fast. Highly recommend. Will use for all my appliance needs."

"Quick assessment and repair of a gas leak in stove equipment. Reasonable price. Would call again"

"Doug promptly returned my call. Will and Rob were at my house the same day. They were very professional, knowledgable, friendly and clean. They went above and beyond to clean and service my furnace and a/c unit. No need to call anyone else, these guys are the best. Great job fellas."

"I dealt exclusively with Chris, who was extremely accommodating - we played phone tag for several days thanks to my own crazy schedule - and very professional.  He came TWICE to give me an accurate estimate (had trouble locating problem until I was able to supply the physical inspection report with photo), and was still back quickly to make the actual repairs.  LOVE this company!  Would use them yet again, or recommend them to the new owners of our home."

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"

The service was needed for the gas dryer. After dryer was on for a short time, we began smelling gas. When checked, the clothing was not drying and when the dryer was turned off there was no more smell of gas. The first day the technician changed the coils and started to clean the vent. The vent is exceptionally long and elbowed and  he was not able to complete the cleaning with the equipment he had. Two technicians returned the next day to finish the cleaning.

"I had an issue with my clothes washer drain line on Memorial weekend, I called and they sent a plumber in the holiday at no extra fee. He snaked the line, went under the house, discovered further water damage and got me in contact with a repair and restoration company. Eddie, the plumber went far and above my expectations to get my home back in order."
