Let me tell you he did NOT disappoint because he and his partner Mark performed what I call a â  miracleâ  in renovating my basement and went above and beyond my expectations!!!! Iâ  ve shown many the before and after pictures of what I now can call my family room and the response each time was how â  beautifulâ  of a job Anthony did!! "I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. Karl emerged from everyone for being the most fairly priced as well as being to get the work completed within a reasonable time. Some companies we spoke with quoted us the work to hopefully be done in 6 months. We hired Karl and he said he could start the work 1 week later.
