He was very professional and punctual and thoroughly explained why it was not mold, but harmless mildew and how to rectify it. "Wallace was fantastic! He performed a complimentary test of the walls and floors for moisture, and examined for evidence of mold. Based on his examination, he recommended several do-it-yourself measures to prevent the build-up of moisture and keep things mold-free. It was a great relief to get an honest, professional assessment that didn't try to sell drastic measures which (hopefully!) will not be needed."
