They explained that they used only 1/3 of the water that traditional methods use. The tech arrived on time and briefly explained the process and then moved the remaining heavy pieces of furniture before cleaning the carpet. He was at my house a little less than an hour and a half. The carpet was pretty dry after 4 hours, which was a pleasant change from the 2-3 days I'd experienced with traditional methods. All spots were gone, the nap was lifted, and the carpet looked great again."
