"My girlfriend backed into the garage with large load in the back of her truck. Ended up hitting the garage door and taking it off the track. We were worried that someone would see our open garage overnight and think it easy pickings. Tyler came out that night to get the door fixed and back in business. "The spring on our garage door broke this morning. I was at work, and my husband had to be at work at 2pm. our garage door wouldn’t shut. I called Primos at 10:02am, they squeezed us in, with a window of time between 11am and 1pm. I told them I needed them at the house as close to 11 as possible. I got a text at 10:40am saying Toby was on his way. Toby fixed the spring, and had the garage door back up and running by 11:20am. This is not the first time Primos has helped us in a time crunch. If you are looking for an honest, reliable company, look no further. "
