"I had requested a quote from another highly reviewed garage door company who said I needed to have multiple parts replaced and wanted to charge $1350. I contacted Sam (owner at Swain) for a second opinion and he said my problem sounded like a much simpler fix. He came out the next day and fixed the issue for $250. "My girlfriend backed into the garage with large load in the back of her truck. Ended up hitting the garage door and taking it off the track. "The spring on our garage door broke this morning. I was at work, and my husband had to be at work at 2pm. our garage door wouldn’t shut. I called Primos at 10:02am, they squeezed us in, with a window of time between 11am and 1pm. I told them I needed them at the house as close to 11 as possible.
