We have been in business for over 27 years and are Nastec and NATE certified. We do over 20,000 service calls per year and about 50% of those are from repeat and referral business. A couple of reasons for that are: we GET OUT the SAME DAY and we have our own training facility where our techs are kept up to date on all the industry changes and not necessarily on your equipment. We are master plumbers, master electricians, and an HVAC company so if you have any needs in these areas let us know.
"I normally don?t leave negative reviews, but my experience with Action Appliance was too bad to ignore. I hired them to diagnose why my LG ice maker wasn?t working. I specifically asked the technician to check the control board, but he insisted it was just the ice maker part and charged me $160 for that ?diagnosis.? I bought and installed the part he told me to order?same result, no ice. When I called back, they said I?d have to pay another $160 just to have him check the control board. One representative I spoke with was kind but never called me back, and another was rude and condescending. I finally called a different company, who quickly confirmed the actual problem was the control board. Because of Action Appliance?s refusal to properly diagnose the issue, I wasted over $500 on unnecessary parts and fees. I filed a complaint with the BBB and will never use this company again."
