Don also had a lot of helpful comments regarding placement of doors, depth of shelves, etc, that helped us make decisions we're happy with now. We had one minor snag where the heavy-duty shelf supports in the basement were positioned in a way I worried would make it difficult to get very large items in and out of the closet. I called Don, detailed the sizes of my items, and explained my concern. He understood, and it was changed the next day without any fuss. He was responsive and overall his whole team was great to work with."
