But he actually turned off the water to the house. I call RR back. Another guy came out and got te water back on. But the next day it would not work again. No water. These crooks have a 30 day guarantee to get the work done. They took one day to screw up our lives and charged me $99....and wouldn't fix their own mistake. Don't make the same mistake I made by calling Rescue Rooter. What a nightmare!!"
