"Technicians Dominic and his assistant Eric were courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. Everything was thoroughly explained before work was started. The work they performed in installing a new water heater, a new house water supply valve, regulator, and all associated valving and piping were of the highest quality and completed on time. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. The final guided tour of all the completed work and new equipment was also appreciated. I would be happy to have this highly efficient and effective team back anytime."

"They were on time, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and cleaned up after job was done. They will be our professional plumbers when ever we need plumbing service. They came on date scheduled and finished that day. Thank you so much"

"This company tried to fix my water heater twice when they should have just replaced it. They charged me $600+ and did not fix anything. Then they would not return my phone calls or text. I ended up replacing the water heater with a different vendor for an additional $700."

"AMAZING.....Last minute same day service for an Airbnb I run. Graceful Home Services came in and did a slew of projects in 4 hours. I has hired a handyman prior that took 2 days to do the project that they did in 4 hours. They are now my go to, for all my Airbnb properties in the Coachella Valley. 10 ???????"

"I called Water Heaters Only out of desperation on Sunday...Seth @ toll free # was fully aware of our tenants being without hot water for 2 days and was able to get a technician out on Monday morning. Monday @ 5 pm, hot water was up and running. David, the technician knew what had to be done to get the heater up and running. The next day, we did have a hiccup with a part but David came out immediately and tweaked the part -- all is good. Here is what I like -- 1. no sales pitch. 2. David gave me a plan b for possible additional work. 3. this company is available 365 days and you dont have to wait for parts to be delivered from out of state. 4. Water Heaters Only has their own facility for parts."

"We recommend and will be calling Advanced Gen Plumbing for our plumbing needs. They responded quickly with above and beyond service at the best price. They arrived promptly, were courteous, careful to remove their shoes when checking in house plumbing end-points, they fixed water heater plumbing issues we were unaware of, pointed out plumbing items that will need attention, hauled off the old water heater and left the area clean."
