"John came to check on the skylight, which is an older version that has been discontinued. He ordered and came back with a part that might be substituted, but it didn't fit. Not willing to give up, he combed through a pile of old skylights and found a part that fixed the problem. Although he could have shrugged it off, he pursued it to a satisfactory conclusion. My gratitude goes to Dan for discovering the source of the leak, to Darius for contacting John, and to John for his determination to solve the problem. "Trickett Woodworks built us an awesome built-in bookcase and cabinets for our living room which are good quality and made the room much nicer and more functional. Trickett was really responsive to all my questions via phone calls and emails, and we actually got lucky with scheduling and had the project installed a couple weeks earlier than expected. I would definitely hire them again for any other carpentry/furniture projects."

"They were out here and it was fine, but it was higher than what we wanted to pay. We hooked up with these guys at like the home show or garden show and I was talking to the guy and he quoted me a price to paint these cabinets of mine in the house here. He made an appointment and when he came out and it was almost double what he quoted me and then I said, <em>and quot;This is not what you quoted me at the home show.and quot; </em>My wife wanted something different done to the cabinets and then he said, that's the reason it is so expensive because she wanted this extra thing done. <br /> <br /> So then we thought about it for a while and we said, <em>and quot;Okay, we'll come back and we'll not get that done.and quot;</em> So then I called him back and said, <em>and quot;We decided not to have that done.and quot; </em>and then he said, <em>and quot;Well, it is not going to be any much anyway.and quot; </em> But when I first talked to him, he came out here and he said that the reason it was so expensive was because of the excess you wanted done. Then when I said I didn't want that done he said, and quot;Well, it doesn't make a different anyway.and quot; He lowered it like a couple of hundred dollars and sent me another price. I didn't like the idea of the whole thing because he quoted me a price then when he got out here it was almost double what he quoted me and then I said, he wasn't truthful at all, which seems to be the problem with him. He was here close to being on time. That is not professional at all when you quote somebody a price and then you come out and give him an absolutely different price."
