"The repair went very well! I made an appointment with the dispatcher. I explained that the problem was faulty zone not working on my sprinkler system. She explained the hourly rate as well as the possible problems and cost associated with those problems once isolated. Michael (tech) was scheduled to come to my home the next day. Michael arrived on time. He was clean, and very courteous. I explained the problem of a station not functioning on my sprinkler system, and he got to work immediately. Michael diagnosed the issue and found that there as a faulty valve. While he was working, I followed Michael around, watched him work, and asked a bunch of questions about my system. He answered all of my questions in a professional manner. Michael replaced the broken valve, then tested the system for leaks. He also checked and adjusted every sprinkler head in the zone of the replaced valve. He cleaned up, gathered his tools, and verified that nothing was left behind. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work that was completed, and plan to use Collin County Sprinkler again in the future. I really like the no nonsense, courteous, yet professional approach that this company takes in doing business."

"I recently had Luis and his crew install sprinklers in both my front and backyard, and the experience was outstanding! The installation was quick, and the crew was respectful, professional, friendly, and really took the time to understand the layout of my yard to ensure optimal coverage. The sprinklers are working perfectly. I highly recommend their services for anyone needing a reliable sprinkler system."

"I was in panic mode! Just spent $$$$ to have new St. Augustine sod planted in the many bare areas in my lawn. The landscaper advised me to water the lawn three times per week. When the sprinklers ran the first time, one zone stopped early, another zone did not run at all and yet another zone would not stop running until the controller was unplugged. In addition, several sprinklers were not operating properly, and some sprinklers had been improperly covered by new sod pieces. After some quick research on Angi, I called Moore Sprinkler Company. They made a special effort to get to my yard that same day, and their team of two technicians spent 1.25 hours locating all of the problems and correcting them with adjustments and new parts. The entire sprinkler system is now working great! I will certainly call Moore again for sprinkler system maintenance and repairs."

"CRI Landscaping (Mr Abel Lomeli) recently completed work at my home in fixing two major leaks in the lawn irrigation system main line and replacing a sprinkler shut-off valve. Abel demonstrated a keen understanding of the irrigation system and sprinkler line layouts. He showed a great judgement in locating the source and types of the leaks in the system. Once that was determined, he came up with a reasonable plan and cost estimate to fix the leaks. With the help of his able assistant, he had the leaks fixed and the shutoff valve replaced in a very timely manner. Overall, Abel did an outstanding high quality work. I would strongly recommend him without any reservation for any lawn, irrigation, sprinkler system, and valves work. Certainly deserves a 5-Start rating."

"Thanks to Steve and the crew at Dallas Water Solutions for a job well done! Steve answered all my questions and helped me understand the process of installing the sprinkler system as well as correcting some yard drainage concerns. The crew worked well together and had the job done at the end of the day as promised. Thanks, everyone! (And the price was reasonable, too!}"

"This co. installed a new sprinkler system due to us having a pool built in our backyard. We also had artificial turf installed in the backyard, so we only needed sprinklers on the sides of the house, in the front and of course the flowerbeds. At least 4 different irrigation companies either couldn’t do the job, or promised to give me a quote and never even bothered to show up. Because of the pool build and turf install, our previous sprinkler system could not be reached and/or used, so a new sprinkler system had to be installed. After selecting the system I wanted, Mr. Woods crew came out and in one day installed my new sprinkler system. I must say, the coverage is better than the original sprinkler system, and the price was very reasonable! Thanks to Mr. Woods and his crew for a job well done!"

"I hired De La Parra for a new sprinkler system installation. I highly recommend them, they are punctual, courteous and professional. They got the job done quick, started about 9am, and finished by 3p. They take the time to show you how the system works and operate it. They give you 3 year warranty and the best price you can find in the DFW area. Thank you for the great service!!!"

"The men were very hardworking and got my job done in one day There was one sprinkler head that was damaged, the came out properly the following day and repaired it. Great customer service. I would certainly hire them again and I have shared their contact information with some friends."

"I got 3 bids on this project. Chris was far and away the most knowledgeable on this kind of watering system. He used a Rain Bird RWS Root Watering System with four 36-in. Tubes and a 0.5 GPM Bubbler for the largest tree (about 16 inches in diameter) and four 18-in. Tubes and a 0.25 GPM Bubbler for each of the 2 smaller trees (about 12 inches in diameter). He minimized the damage to tree roots by using a Flex tubing nearer the trees after using PVC to reach the area. He was punctual, efficient and careful on the project, replacing sod he removed to minimize the impacts of digging. He took time to explain the details of how the system worked, including planning the sizing of the Bubbler watering rates0. I was confident from my initial conversation with him that he was someone who knew what he was doing and honest in his dealings. The job was finished in a day and 1/2, and functions just as we were hoping it would. I would strongly recommend Chris Kinney for any lawn (or tree) irrigation work, and I plan to use him for any future work I have."

"Chris was prompt and very efficient at finding those solenoids. He also repaired some of the sprinklers, pipes and made suggestions for more efficient irrigation. I would hire him again, and I plan to."
