"Jose’ has a very professional appearance and demeanor. He took a great deal of time in explaining the problem to me, actually showed me the cost of parts necessary to repair, which was as much or more than a new stove. He did not try to push an expensive repair on me. He made thoughtful recommendations on a new stove, and even gave me a couple of hints on issues with two other major appliances. Although disappointed that my 9 year old stove could not economically be repaired, I was THOROUGHLY satisfied with this experience. We will definitely call First Priority the next time we need a major appliance repair."

"I was getting continual error codes on my washing machine and had to constantly fiddle with it to get it to complete a wash cycle.  Next Service came out and diagnosed the problem, finding that I needed a new computer unit.  Fixing the machine cost less than half of replacing it, so I opted for repair.  They came back the next day with the computer unit and replaced it.  Unfortunately, while the replacement fixed most of the problems, I was still getting an error code about half way through, so I called them back and they replaced the computer again at no charge.  Its now been about 8 months and no problems with the washer at all.  The serviceman was very friendly and was on time.  He was upfront on what my options were and did not pressure me to repair rather than replace.

Robert Rivera from Premier Appliance in San Antonio HANDLED OUR ISSUE which is a refrigerator that cannot be fixed due to an unavailable evaporator. We have been negotiating with SEARS re an Appliance Insurance Policy we have with them ... SEARS SENT US TO Premier Appliance LLC IN THE DALLAS AREA and they have been dinking around with trying to fix our issue since Jan, 2021 making four (4) service calls to our home. They do not have a clue."
