"From estimate to completion, everything was great! An estimate was given without me having to be there AND without having to put my dog in his kennel. (That was the 1st great thing) I received a phone call & email to make sure everything was explained. I had lots of questions & each of them was addressed quickly & without making me feel like I was bothering them. Once we decided on using AGAN, they set up an install date. The installation guys showed up on time & ready to work. I was quoted 2-3 days for completion & they finished in 2 days (even with my neighbor forgetting to leave their dogs in the house which halted demo day). The end result is a gorgeous fence! "They came - put up an non-opening replacement door - took my old door away - and when it came back looked like new! The leaded glass had a 'bracing bar' where the solder had broken - so, they rebuilt the leaded glass in the door (looks better than it did new)... Also, the hardware (dead bolt - latch/knob) had lost its finish due to the sun... - they also allowed me to pick out a new hardware set and put that on also... (extra charge of course... and the leaded glass repair was extra - I'm very, very pleased with the result! :-)"
