Since that time we have a refinsh agreement every 6 months ($79.95) and our front door appears new and beautiful year round ! And, we don't have to be home or leave door ajar during and after the maintenance (but you do for initial refinish but door is completely sealed with plastic to prevent wind and dust from home and refinished door). We are so happy to have found this company with prices, availability, punctuality, coutesy, and professionalism ! Complete refinishing of course took a little time and maintenance is done rather quickly. No inconvenience at all on maintenance ! We would use no one else for our doors !"

"Sergio and his wife are a team. Together, they installed double stacked crown molding throughtout our entire 1800 sq ft home. They painted the molding prior to install, the precise clean cuts resulted in minimal chalking. Once installed, they followed with a final hand brushed coat of paint, assuring a smooth clean molding. "The shower looks great!  The did a good job of stripping off the old caulk and mold without damaging the faux marble.   The did a neat job of applying new caulk.  The shower is built from pieces of cultured faux marble rather than being a single-piece unit, so there were a lot of seams to re-caulk.  We were told the job normally takes about 2 hours, but the repairman spent nearly 3 hours doing the job and did not charge anything extra.  I'm very happy with the results. <br />"

"I called several water damage companies here in San Antonio....most were answering services. The owner Rick answered when I call Rubiola Restoration and was at my house within 45 minutes. <br />  He had his people work into the night and he made several trips back to make sure everything was going well. He handled my insurance companies request...paperwork etc. He made sure that items were repacked and nothing inside the boxes had water damage. He even wrote on the boxes what the contents were inside. He had his people straighten out everything and restack boxes. I know he did alot more work that he was not paid for by the insurance company. He told me that when the insurance paid I could pay him...wow. <br /> They hauled off everything that was ruined. <br /> .A week after Rubiola Restoration was paid, Rick called to make sure everything was ok and if I had found anything that was water damaged. I had, a drill charger that cost $150.00. He came out added it to the list and called state farm and handled it. <br /> I cannot tell you how impressed I was with his honesty and customer service.He gave me his personal cell phone in case I had any questions.
