"They were on time and did a great job. Our door was worn and faded; even had some cracks. It looks great after they sanded and restrained it. I’m interested to see how the marine-grade clear coat holds up after a year too. I think $400 is a lot to pay but that’s what all of them are charging now. And the door definitely looks way better. With just the information I asked for in the email, I was contacted with a tentative price quote by the general manager, Matt. I also received a follow up email from the owner of the company to confirm I received the free estimate. I was greatly impressed with that alone. During the process of looking for painters, I received several price quotes from companies, one of which was extremely unprofessional. Once I decided to proceed with a company, I chose 360 based on their professionalism and very competitive price. I was contacted by phone to schedule an official estimate of work to be completed and set up the painting the following week. The estimate on price was right on. On the day of, I questioned whether they would remove the peephole/knocker (they were). I had purchased a new peephole/knocker online that was to replace the old one that was put on from my last door. When I got it, I saw that it was not going to fit because the peephole was larger than the existing one. I did not disclose this information previously because it was a last minute purchase and I didn't know if it would make it in time. They went above what was expected when they said they would be able to drill to accomodate the new peephole/knocker. Now that the work has been completed, I think the paint looks great and the attention to detail was amazing. Although this job was my main concern, I look forward to dealing with them in future paint projects. Highly Recommend."

"From the initial appointment with Dan to the final details with Tony we were completely satisfied with service, professionalism and over detail placed into our project. Forrest was extremely responsive. I called and he was able to come by, I believe, the next day to an energy audit to determine why my electric bill was outrageous and the temperature varied throughout the house. Right away he determined there was virtually no insulation in the attic (easier said than done considering the dark,  3 ft crawl space filled with giant metal ducts) except what was left from the original install in 1975. I was able to schedule to have the work done in about 5 days. I'm not sure if the price was good or not but I really liked Forrest and he was available to get the work done ASAP...that made it the right price!  He and his crew arrived when they said they would, blew in the insulation, mended ducts, expelled all the critters in the attic, and replaced the broken booster fan blocking the air going to the opposite end of the house.

I also texted Forrest Friday with concerns that there was hot air coming out of the vent when the AC wasn't on, he said he could be there the next day to check it out. He showed up when he said he would, determined that coincidently, I walked under the vent right when the AC turned on and all the hot air was being pushed from the duct.  There was no issues other than my bad timing.

I will continue to use this company for everything and anything they can provide that I need in the future.
