"I contacted Renaissance Restorations for an addition. Jamie called immediately. The planning, blueprints, city permits went in high gear - then covid hit! When these unexpected things come up patients is and was needed. Finally, as things opened up the construction was in high gear again. More delays stalled things again, However everything is now completed, I am SO PLEASED! Jamie's finishers are top notch! The tilers were "masters of their craft" and the other finishers were precise as can be. The place looks beautiful!"

"We contacted Robbins Built in the fall of 2020. We met with Matt and Steve and discussed what we wanted for our new home. They provided incredibly helpful feedback on our ideas and pitched so many creative ideas of their own. We never felt pushed to do anything, and they were always very respectful. We received an itemized quote and ultimately decided to only do about 50% of the items they quoted. We traveled while the work was being done. Matt and Steve kept us in the loop as often as we wanted to be. They would send us pictures and videos of their progress and kept us up to date on timelines. We would get so excited to see the progress every day. When we returned home we absolutely loved the transformation they made to our home, and everything was so clean. He told me this project would take less than 1 week, and it has dragged on for almost 2 months. The work being done is of decent quality, although day after day, only one worker is here -- and not Mr. Landers!"

"There were several pieces of lumber that needed to be cut out and replaced, which required strengthening the whole structure with wooden braces while the work was being performed. Gary had to think outside the box and consider different options to find the best solution. In the end, the approach he took was relatively quick for the situation and very safe. The result was a carport nicely restored, stronger than it has ever been. Throughout the process, Gary was responsive, efficient and very good at explaining his train of thought and his plans. And the price was very reasonable. Overall, a great professional which I recommend without any hesitation."
