"It is pretty unsettling when you allow a company to create a bunch of holes in your house to install replacement windows. You hope you can trust them to have restored the integrity of your home when they are finished. Sun Home Improvement provided quality replacements windows that were a huge improvement. But what really impressed me was how the company stood behind their product and services. Had two problems. A window had been broken in shipment. It happens. They contacted me and said they had already ordered a replacement to install as soon as it arrives. Second problem was the patio door had a flaw in the glass that was not easy to see but cracked several weeks after installation. I sent them a picture of the crack. They ordered a replacement door and installed it with no hassle. Problems happen. What you want is a company that makes it right when problems come up. Sun Home Improvement is a stand up company that stands behind their work."

"The installation went very well. We had to wait 3 months for an appointment, as they were really booked up, and we are over 100 miles from the factory. The crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job of removing the 77 year old windows that had the original framing. They set the new windows very professionally, and did a great job of caulking. They demonstrated the features and had us use them so we were sure we knew how to work them. We have window air conditioners for our small house, and they re-installed them in a leak-proof frame."

"Everyone was prompt, polite, and efficient. The Quality Manager set a convenient appointment for a quality review (couple of days after install). He found several minor things. He actually fixed a couple of items and had a crew out to fix the rest of the list two days later. This was a big process with 42 windows being capped or replaced."

"I love the new Windows but the communication needs improved. I'm still waiting on cosmetic repairs."

"The employee that came to my home did an excellent job and I have no problems with him and would have him out anytime. My issue is with scheduling. They told me when I made my appointment over the phone that someone would be out to my house between 2pm and 4pm. The day before the visit, I received a text saying that someone would be at my home between 2pm and 4pm. At 12:50pm I hopped in the shower to get ready. After I'm done getting ready, I see that there's a voicemail on my cellphone. I listen to the voicemail and a gentleman says, hi this is Loren. You are on my schedule for 1pm for some repairs in your home and I'm ringing the doorbell and no one is answering. At this point it's 1:20pm. So Loren has now left. I called My Handyman back to ask what was going on. They said Loren will call you right back. 30 mins goes by and nothing. I called My Handyman back again and the representative says he's headed back to your house to be there at 2pm. I said to the guy on the phone, I though you told me he was going to call me back and I was waiting for the call getting worried. Loren showed up at 2pm and he showed me where it said on his tablet that I was scheduled for 1pm. I don't understand how you can tell the client 2pm to 4pm but tell the employee 1pm. They need to get their scheduler fixed because I almost missed my appointment. If you tell the client 2pm to 4pm then you have to stick to that, or you tell the client there is a possibility that he could arrive up to an hour earlier. Luckily I was just at home in the shower and I hadn't driven a ways away."

"We had a rain delay of 1 day. The window coordinator, Malaika kept us informed every step of the way and she told us that she had an excellent crew for us. We found out just how great they were. They are ansubcontractors for HANSONS, and they went by AIR-TITE CONSTRUCTION out of Lansing, Michigan. There are 3 employees that started the work about 7:30am. They were meticulous about their work and very well coordinated. I don’t think they even took lunch breaks. It was a truly hot day also and they finished up around 4:30-5pm. They tarped inside and out, vacuumed and picked up after every window. They R&R’D 12 windows. They trimmed them all out outside so you don’t have to paint. The inside man, Trevor brought it to our attention that one window had a hairline crack and we had 4 screens missing. He said that they would be ordered and installed. Trevor ran us through the operation of the new windows. We were very impressed with how well everything flowed together & lifetime warranty!"
