He had to go for parts then replaced the broken pipe He was very efficient and I was very comfortable with how he explained what he was doing. Since my job involved replacing pipe he did have to wait for adhesive to bond giving him time to complete 3 other jobs as well in my area. His work ethic was outstanding and I will definitely contact him for any future projects."

He came out Sunday night and looked at the situation. He returned Monday with Travis and tried to get the snake out but couldn't (He removed the toiled, put in a camera and tried taking it out that way). He finally returned this morning (with Travis) and finished the job. He cut into the wall into our garage and pulled it out. I really appreciated the fact that Carlos tried multiple ways to get the snake out before cutting into the wall. He did not immediately pick the most expensive option.
