Everything had to be replaced to meet the current requirements of the homeowner's association where I live (specific light fixture models/colors only, shed door must now be metal instead of wood, only certain types/colors of storm doors approved, etc.) and I gave them the HOA guide with pictures of approved items and they went from that and shopped for the best materials, calling me with price options as they found things that would work.
