"They arrived on time. Responded with 3 personnel. They removed the old freon immediately and removed the outside and inside unit. It was hot and humid, but they did not complain. The attic is no place for a human in this heat. They prepared the site for the new air handler, installed it quickly and had the system up and cooling in no time.
A slight problem arose after they left at 6 PM in the evening, and they sent a very gracious and professional technician and in fact the installation supervisor responded, after hours!
They had the system running again, and found a faulty part was the problem, not their fault.
The next day they came back to see if the system was working correctly and even cleaned the area of the install more and they did not have to, they gave 110%.
I use and would use UGI for all my heating, cooling needs, they are excellent.

I called 2 plumbers who basically blew me off, 1 that wouldn't come out till I knew the size of the tank and if it was electric or gas(I have no clue about those things) and nobody would do the work on a weekend, I can not miss work. I explained to the lady I knew nothing about size or anything just that it needed to be replaced and my work schedule. She totally understood and was so nice. The guys were at my house within an hour! The work was done the next day on a SATURDAY! I now have clean and clear water and didn't have to miss work. Lou and Larry even cleaned the one section of my basement and had all the trash bagged up for me. I'm impressed. These guys know what their doing. Explained everything in detail and customer service is 100%. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers. I will be using Safeway if I run into any other problems. If your looking to have work done, call them. You won't be disappointed."
