He replaced all valves, most of the sprinkler heads, planted small flowers and shrubs. He laid out the drip irrigation to the new plants and spread the mulch. He dug up a bush and small tree. He left the yard/street clean and hauled away all debris. The overall work has left the yard in front and back far better looking than when he arrived. I bought supplies from a list and a supply house he suggested prior to start and all the plants/shrubs. We started the work without a written estimate which ended up in a misunderstanding but we were able to come to an agreeable compromise. After several hot days a few plants were showing distress or had died, so I followed up with fine tuning or in some cases turning on a few sprinkler heads so they would water as needed."

"Mike came the afternoon I called him to review our property and see what the job would entail. He thought he would be able to do it all in a day and a half, but it ended up being about 3-1/2 days. The crew worked hard and took breaks from the heat periodically. The first day he said he would be here at 10, but didn't make it until 2, finishing up a previous job. Punctuality is very important to me, so I was concerned. But he made up for it by doing all that he said he would, even though it took a lot of loads and a couple of extra days. They cleaned up all the leaves and debris before they left the job. I feel like I got a really great deal for the amount I paid and the amount of clean-up he and his crew did. <br />"
