"The team from Titanium Roof Innovations company recently did a great job preparing our roof for installation of solar panels. The work included removing existing tiles and underlayment from the roof, doing necessary prep work like replacing damaged plywood, installing new metal valley flashing at all roof connections and T-tops and vent caps on all exhaust pipes, and applying water-resistant mastic in all valleys. They installed peel-and-stick underlayment designed for tile roofing which provides advanced water barrier before placing back the tiles. Finally, they painted all flashings and vents with Rust-Oleum to match the roof color and cleaned the roof with a power washer. They left the working area in a neat clean state removing all debris. "The project is not quite done. I am awaiting a gutter replacement which should happen over the next couple of days. The roof itself is done and looks beautiful. I was contacted by Journey Builders a day or two after I submitted a request on Angi.com. Yero came out and inspected my 25 year old roof, telling me it would be probably be October before they could schedule it (inspection was June 7th, 20224). When he called in to see when they could schedule it, they had a cancellation and knocked $5000 off the price if I was willing to start the next day. Exactly 7 days later almost to the hour the roof has been installed! Way sooner than I expected. Yero was totally pleasant and very low pressure as opposed to the estimator from another company who had visited my home the prior day and spent 3 hours trying to sell me a really expensive roof with car salesman tactics. I recommend Journey Builders highly."
