"I scheduled an appointment on Wednesday morning with Doug, and a crew was working on a damaged main water line pipe leaking into a room in my finished basement by noon. Excellent and prompt response and service. The lead crew, Rafael, was very knowledgeable of the work, and his crew worked non-stop from 12pm-8pm; they worked thru a storm that was passing thru between 4pm-7pm. Pipes were replaced by 8pm - what a relief! Rafael and another crew member returned the following morning to entirely clean up inside the basement as well as the front yard. Kudos to all the members of Rafael's crew! Note that I worked very hard on my front yard garden (my plants are my babies!), and it was really amazing that this crew was more than very careful - my garden stayed intact!! I love this crew!
