"On time, professional, personable. The repair was done quickly and the price was reasonable. The best appliance company I have used in many years. I highly recommend!"

"Harmond was very knowledgeable and understood this model. He looked at the situation and found that a service bulletin was issued for this model, which three previous repair in-person repair technicians had not told me about. He diagnosed the problem as requiring a new kit to replace the main PCB control board and the display board. He gave me the OEM part number. I highly recommend Neli Virtual Appliance Repair, my first virtual repair experience. Cost $35. I would do it again. Took 15-20 minutes to install app and pay at start of appt."

"Chris and Manny were great!! I was having a microwave replaced in a rental unit. I dropped a new microwave off with my tenant and Chris worked with him to schedule an installation date. The guys even took it upon themselves to bring me the old microwave when meeting me for payment after the install; saving me a 40 mile round-trip. Will definitely be contacting these guys again when an appliance need arises in the future!!! Thanks Chris and Manny!"

"Wonderful experience with Gas Guru!s! My husband and I would highly recommend them! The owner was very nice, polite and did a great job on our gas fireplace."

"While performing two small repair jobs, they discovered a much more serious problem, a pipe leaking into the basement, which had been going on unnoticed for a long time. They were able to return the following day and make the repair. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, the quality of their work, and their pleasant dispositions. The jobs were done quickly and the cleanup was thorough. I will absolutely call Mayo Plumbing again if I have a problem, small or large."

"

I had 3 to do's I needed done.  One was accomplished.

On one, the workman stated the part I had wouldn't work, suggested I return the part for a similar part from a recommended supplier & then call provider back for another appt.

On the last to do, as I recall, he didn't have seals for the type of faucet that was leaking.  Workman suggested that we replace the faucet rather than have the seals replaced.  Again, recommended a supplier to obtain a new faucet & then we could call them back for another appt.

"We chose not to repair due to age of machine and total lack of support from Select Home Warranty to replace or repair it. However, if we buy a replacement from Energy Solutions, they will rebate us the service call fee, which is very nice of them."

"A very professional, customer service oriented company. The technician was extremely skilled and knowledgable in his trade. Out of three appliances I scheduled for repair, he had the parts with him to repair two of the appliances same day and returned with the 3rd part at my next eariest convenience to repair the 3rd appliance."
