"After heavy rain we had Groundworks mitigate water in our basement. They drafted a plan and advised on how to prevent water intruding on the east wall of our house, which consisted of a front and back bedroom. The water was currently only entering from the back bedroom, so Groundworks advised to put in an interior french drain and waterproofing. My wife and I specifically asked whether we should also mitigate the front bedroom, and they advised against because it would entail losing the bedroom closets, and the existing plan would mitigate water for the entire side of the house. We also specifically asked if we had water intrusion later in the front bedroom if it would be covered under the warranty and they confirmed that it would be covered. Now less than 2 years later, I have water in my front basement bedroom every time it rains. Authur and Jose did an amazing job and were very professional the work looks amazing but what is even better the radon is now at a great and healthy level. For months and maybe the past 2 years we felt drained of energy so we started looking into what could potentially cause low levels of energy for us but also seemed to be impacting our overall health. We live in Commerce City Colorado - Nick came out and set up the initial radon tester and site survey a day later he came back and gave us the results very high 8.7 and dangerous levels. "I contracted with them for a shower installation in August and told them I was going to be out of town for the entire month of September and was assured the installation could occur then. I was told the installation would take a max of two days. They did not schedule the installation until late October. The crew worked for two days and left with it half finished. They came back a week later and finished the non-glass portion of the installation, but told me it would take one to two weeks to order the door. I had not been told that before. it took three weeks. So I could not use my shower for a total of a month. The door installation leaks around the base. I have made five requests for someone to fix this, with vague promises they will look at their schedule, but no visit has actually been scheduled. The quality of the work looks fine (other than the leak). But I would not have contracted with them had I known I would be without a shower for month or they were going to be nonresponsive for necessary repairs."
