I contracted for an install on 4/23/21 and could not believe the quoted price which was $ 300 to 400 less than the quotes from several others. Andon did my install as well as installed a water pressure regulator and a shut off valve to my outdoor faucet. Andon is a very impressive, knowledgeable, outstanding young man. I could not believe his work which was amazing to watch. Before he left he made sure I was satisfied with his operating instructions . His work area was just as clean and neat as I had it. "The Rohl fixture had a lifetime parts guarantee so all I needed was someone to install the new valve. I called Greg Young at Schnibble and he was able to schedule an appointment right after the part arrived. Everything went well except the part had been upgraded to a better design and the diverter valve plunger length had decreased. Greg got on the phone with me to Rohl and had Rohl overnight an added part that would solve the problem. He managed to get the new diverter working with the shorter stem so we could still use the shower. The additional part arrived the next day; I called Greg and he came by within an hour after picking up his son at school. Father and son solved our problem within a half hour...how's that for service! Can't say enough about Greg and the work he did for us. By the way, if you have the opportunity to use Greg for any plumbing need, ask him where his company name, "Schnibble", came from...it's worth the cost of the plumbing repair!!"

"The service call went very well. The technician performed some tests, readjusted the water level and flow and then pronounced that I really didn't need a new toilet."

"Not well. The resource sent had already been drinking and the start time was 9 am! They said that they could not install the hinge and that they would need to get a different kind of hinge. I would need to contact (John - the owner) to follow up for another time. Not all light bulbs were changed - the one on the porch was not replaced. Would not/did not perform tile request recommended replacing last 3 rows of tile - estimating 5 hours of work at $75 per hour or to redo the whole shower estimated 70 sq ft of tile at $75 per hour - an outrageous request. Again he said to follow up with John. The shower is not any where near 70 sq ft and 3 rows of tile to be replaced was not the recommendation of any estimates I received previously. I DID follow up with John and he indicated he would schedule a follow up for a good estimate - it has been 2 weeks and no response. Not recommending them."

"Our water heater needed to be replaced and this was my first Angie's List purchase.  $600 for installation including a 40-50 gallon name brand water heater plus they will take away the old one.  We initially wanted to consider a tankless water heater but the price was right and we needed this completed fairly soon as we were on borrowed time.  Just do it, right?  We did and it was completed.  I asked what brand water heater and I researched the brand with negative satisfaction results.  I was not happy but I already bought the offer.  The technician replaced our water heater with a 40 gallon AO Smith brand which was exactly the brand I wanted.  I am happy for that but he wanted an extra $250 for a permit and straps.  Shouldn't that be part of the installation?  My husband made a call to Angie's List and voila, all of the sudden, no extra fee!  But also no permit or straps.  THANK YOU, ANGIE'S LIST!  However.  Is our water heater within code without a permit and without straps?  We don't know but wedo have hot water."
