"<strong>On September 03, 2011, I woke up, only to discover a flooded kitchen, from a leaking faucet under my sink. Out of hysteria, and quick thinking, I picked up the phone, and proceeded to call Forever Wood Construction Emergency Hotline. I gave them my address, and a quick overview of the scenario, and they were already on their way!!  The representative, also walked me through the procedure of turning my water off, through the phone.  About ten minutes later, Forever Wood Construction was already at my door step, with all the necessary tools on hand.  I am amazed to see such prompted service.  I proceeded to show them the water damage, and they thoroughly explained everything they were going to do, to prevent further damage, in an fashionably organized manner.  Within a half hour, I had my kitchen stripped down, and airing out  with their Huge Fans, and Dehumidifiers.  Forever Wood Construction Company, helped me to get all the necessary information for my Insurance company.  After the drying process, Clayton Witherow, Owner, presented a game plan, to ensure this would never happen again, and tips on different materials, they can use to increase the value of my home.  I went with the Travertine Stone Tiles, in which i love.  Forever Wood Construction had the kitchen done, with absolute quality results, in one day!!  I have never experienced a company with such great customer service, sense of urgency, and top quality results, as exceptional as I've experienced with Forever Wood Construction.  I will use them for any future construction job, whether it be an emergency job again, or not.  I will also refer Forever Wood Construction to all my family members, and friends.  I want to thank Forever Wood Construction, for making me feel comfortable in the situation at hand, and increasing the value of my home!!<br /> </strong>"

"The power wash and clean-up were both very perfunctory. Many garden plants are speckled with paint. That said, the price was very reasonable and the house has been painted. Considering the hasty prep that was done, I only hope the paint job lasts a few years. <br />"

"We had been trying to install a patio in our backyard for several months to replace a damaged wooden deck that a previous owner had built (and bulit very poorly at that). With our own labor, we had demolished the deck, attempted to shore up the wooden patio cover, and excavated a pit for a paving stone patio... and then we ran out of gas. After calling several contractors, we finally chose John Irwin and Royal Garden Landscaping, as he indicated that he could do all the work that we wanted, which included re-using pavers that had been installed elsewhere in our yard for the new patio and doing some work on the patio cover to anchor it more securely. <br /> The weekend before the work started was the tail end of the big storm system that swept through Northern California in early December, so the entire backyard was flooded, including the pit that we had dug for the foundation of the patio. John came over on a Saturday afternoon with a sump pump that he loaned us to drain the yard, and the work started the following Monday. <br /> The entire week was on and off rain, but the Royal Garden Landscaping crew worked tirelessly over several days to complete the job. The mason did a great job, and the prep crew worked their butts off to get everything ready for the installation. When it came time to work on the patio cover, there were some significant difficulties for the crew, as the existing structure, like the deck that it once covered, was not especially well-built, but they literally worked into DARKNESS (remember this was early December) to get the work done. The entire job took four days total (an additional day was lost due to rain) and finished by Friday evening. John returned with the mason and the carpenter once the work was completed to do some follow up work, and he also made sure that the clean up was done properly. We are very happy with our new patio and appreciate all the work that John Irwin and Royal Garden Landscaping did to get it done in a timely and professional manner. <br />"

"As you would expect, the air conditioning compressor quit start when the temperature was in excess of 100 degrees during the afternoon. REO responded to my call for help the same day I contacted them. The technician was extremely professional and determined that i had a bad capacitor. As a result, my bill was only $241.75. Things could have been much worse. In additional to replacing the capacitor, the technician took the time to thoroughly clean the unit, particularly the condensor, so that the unit would run more efficiently. REO's service that day was terrific. I could not have been happier and would definitely use them again. REO receives my highest recommendation. <br />"
