"Travis Hovis called me very shortly after I posted the job. I explained the problem, one of the Door springs broke and was laying on the garage floor. After asking several questions, he told me he had the parts on his truck and could come in about hour to fix the problem. I asked him if he could replace just the one broken and not the other. He explained why Not to do that, mainly safety. He replaced everything, both springs, cables,pulleys,eye bolts,S hooks. Took his time the adjust both sides so that it worked smoothly and evenly. He was done in about 1 1/2 hours. To show how committed he is to his work, he showed me that the set of springs, white 110 lbs, where Not the same. The factory made an error and sent one 110 lbs and one 120 lbs. He apologized for the inconvenience. Said he had to get a new correct set tomorrow morning first thing and would return around 10:00 am. He text me when he was 1/2 hour out. Took about 15 minutes to install and adjust both sides."

When he came for the estimate he explained every possible option we had and thoroughly and politely answered all questions that I had. When he came for the installation he showed me all of the components he would be installing and explained how the process would work. He was very thorough in his work and encouraged me to stay and watch everything that he did to ensure that I was satisfied and to answer any questions that I may have. We had 2 other estimates before contacting him and his rate was far better than the others. He saved us money and and was far more upfront and honest than the others. The other said that our rails needed to be replaced, but upon inspection he said they were perfect. "I had my old roll-up garage doors replaced with regular garage doors. A technician from the company came out, measured, and ordered the doors. Once the doors arrived from the manufacturer, the same technician returned and took down my old doors and installed the new doors. Took a couple of hours, but did a good job. My new doors are very easy to open and close now. I'm very satisfied. Cost $2000.00 for 2 new doors, hardware, and installation."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
