"This is an excellent company, I first called them along with several Plumbers for an estimate on the planned work; The kitchen sink faucet was leaking and needed replacement so did the entry bathrooms faucet need repair and both the toilets needed the inside bolts holding the tank in place needed to be replaced. I also needed a quote to replace the water heater. The Customer Service attendant was able from her own knowledge to give me a quote for the work over the phone with the exception of the tank. She knew exactly the cost of the work. Their prices were less costly than other quotes with the exception of the water heater. On 9/7/18 the technician showed up and changed out the kitchen faucet, he also went to change out the bathroom faucet but it was the wrong one so I had to go back to home depot and exchange it despite the tech having to stop completion of the work I was not charged anything extra for the subsequent visit the following Monday! On 09/10/18 the technician came back and finished installing the additional bathroom faucet. He was an excellent worker, very efficient, and did a quality job in a short order. He went on to photo my Water Heater and they will call with that final quote. This company is excellent and are not out to take your money, use them you won't be sorry!"

He discussed our needs and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. (Less than half what we had been quoted for the same job by a big name competitor) He then said I m heading over to you right now Such a relief! What a great experience from beginning to end. Andre was knowledgeable & professional. The work was done in a timely manner and he remained with us to ensure that we had hot water at the completion of the work. "The old water heater brand was AO Smith, and I told the technician I wanted the same brand because it had lasted for 20 trouble-free years. I think he agreed. But he came back with a Rheem unit. When I challenged him about that, he said he told me Rheem. It is possible that the mask may have muffled his response and I heard him wrong. Anyway, I agreed to accept the Rheem unit. When he had finished installing the unit, I noticed there was a kink in the over-temperature/pressure relief connection. When I pointed that out to him, his response was that it will work just fine. I guess he was right about that. But a true professional should never settle for such sloppy workmanship. He was kind enough to tell me that if the temperature setting needed to be changed, just let him know and he would come back and change it for me. After a few days, I felt that the temperature setting was indeed too low, and I called the company to set it higher. They responded promptly, but the technician who came was a different one and he appeared to be much more professional. After the reset the temperature setting, I mentioned the kink in the pressure relief connection and he straightened it out in less than a couple of minutes. I am writing in such detail so that the company can properly guide and train their employees, for positive improvement towards service excellence."

"Called John's after finding their ad in the local newspaper.   We also called another local plumber, but went with John's after they sent someone out immediately to look at the problem and give us an estimate.  We scheduled the repair for the next day after getting what we thought was a reasonable quote.  Brian, the same person who had come out to inspect problem, arrive early today to fix the leak.  He was respectful, friendly, and diligently worked to fix the problem.  We are very impressed with everyone we spoke to at John's and the great service we received!  We would not hesitate to use them again and  will be recommending them to all of our friends.  "
