"I originally hired Carpet Police to clean the carpets in my house. They were the first to respond when I got on Angie's List. Somehow, Carpet Police got usurped by another company called Arizona Island. Arizona Island did a terrible job and I called Carpet Police, again, to please come and repair the bad carpet cleaning that was done. Carpet Police did as good a job as I could possible expect to fix what went wrong. Alfonso was efficient, friendly, wore his mask when he was inside and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"The two man team showed up on time every day and worked without delay to get the job done on a large house. <br /> They were courteous and worked around any issues we had on a daily basis. Clean up was excellent as was their attention to detail..could not have gone better. <br /> Matt Manning runs a very professional business and I would recommend them to anyone needing painting services. <br />"

"<p>We recommend this contractor.</p> <p><strong>Background.</strong>  This was our first project since the construction of the house in 10 years.  We researched the options of wood and metal buildings.  The cost of each was about the same.  However, the metal building was a quicker and durable option. </p> <p><strong>Contractor Choice.</strong>  We chose the contractor due to the price, the interview with the owner, their website, and a testimonial; we visited a previous job site where they did a similar project.  In general, the owner was more responsive and professional than the other contractors.  The other companies seem less professional and some were just odd.  The local contractor business in our area is competitive but not cheap.  </p> <p><strong>Foundation. </strong> Overall, the survey, land clearing, and laying the A/B aggregate went well.  We chose to hire an additional contractor to clear more land to expedite their work and for other projects.  Foundation framing and cement work went according plan.  During this phase, we were very much involved with their work since we need to integrate our other requirements into the foundation.  We needed to run water and power conduits into the foundation before the pouring of the concrete.  In addition, we prepared a portion of the foundation to support an in ground carlift.  All these actions required us to coordinate closely with the construction team.  Though our special modifications may have been a deviation from their standard work, they were more than willing to work with us to accommodate each special request and let us do the portions of the work we intended to do ourselves.  In addition, we were welcome to ask questions and review the work daily to ensure that there were no misunderstandings or incorrect expectations.   We enjoyed working with both the owner Caleb and his site lead, Calvin.</p> <p><strong>Erection.  </strong>We elected to wait 30 days to begin the erection after the pouring of foundation.  The erection went without any major incident. Caleb's crew performed all of the work for this portion, and did so at remarkable speed.</p> <p><strong>Follow-up.  </strong>We required a follow up visit to fix one of the overhead roll up garage doors that came off its track.  The contractor responded within a reasonable time and completed the work without issue.<br /> Overall, we were very satisfied with the entire experience, from bid through construction to completion. We recommend you consider this vendor for your next construction project.</p> <br />"

"It went so well, Kathy understood our vision and helped us choose fixtures and finishes that fulfilled our dream bath. She was also very knowledgeable about all the construction details as well. It came out better than we ever dreamed possible. Form and function were flawlessly completed. I could not recommend this firm highly enough."

"Went to Davis Kitchens showroom and picked out cabinetry and granite for countertop. During the remodel, the cabinet base was installed. When Davis came out to install granite countertop with undermounted sink, discovered that the cabinet size was wrong--4 inches too little in depth. Davis took out the cabinet base, rebuilt and reinstalled. After reinstalled, I noticed that the drawers were the original drawers (too short) and were not the soft close, which had been paid for. Davis came out and put in longer drawers. The cabinet drawers still don’t work properly--you have too pull hard to get them out and the drawers and the cabinets doors are not in alignment with each other--stick out at different distances. Davis did not give us any discount on this despite that the work still needs to be done for the drawers to be work properly and for the drawers and doors to be properly aligned. Davis did not volunteer that the drawers were not the drawers we had ordered and paid for--we had to call on that. The quality of the cabinetry and countertop is good. We are giving an overall fair rating in that we still need the door and drawer situation to be made right. We are going to remodel the master suite and will wait to see if Davis can make this right before we elect to use Davis again. We are going to attempt to see if they will again try to align the doors and drawers and make the soft close drawers work properly. This had taken a while because we both work and have to take time off work every time Davis comes to the house."

"They did a great job, They (the roofers) arrived bright and early (except for one day when they were to be there at 6 am and didn't arrive until 7- the crew leader apologized, stating that he had overslept) and worked quickly and efficiently. The interior dry wall crew was excellent as well, very professional, and keeping us informed on the process as it unfolded. There was a problem that occurred while disconnecting our solar water heater in order to repair the roof underneath- leakage came through the ceiling. The crew addressed this issue promptly and repaired the damage, even though it was not directly caused by them, but I believe by the solar heater worker who disconnected the water heater. <br /> <br /> Finally, the painters did a good job as well <br /> <br /> I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing similar services done. They were awesome!"
