I ran a large mechanical contracting business for years so understand this business. Guy ran through his checks on what is a fairly complex home system. He pointed out problems that were minor, major, or had the potential to be major. We discussed options and timing. Since our system is old, it will be difficult to repair some of the parts and pieces while others would be fairly standard. We may want to look at a new system this summer to avoid a major problem during a future heating season. I will definitely be talking to Sila."

We called a few places desperate for service and were told it would be a few weeks for most companies to make it out. Called Landrys after finding them on google. A woman called me back less than 20 minutes after first phone call and said they would be out today. Tyler came and was great. Fixed our unit and saved our life! Keith, the owner, was there promptly when he said heâ d be. After a thorough walk thru and some thought, he recommended mini splits based on the layout of our house. We decided to go with this and couldnâ t be happier. He had given a rough timing estimate during the visit, and then we were given a schedule upon deposit. They were there on the exact day they said they would be and finished early. The installer crew led by Ron was extremely professional and tidy. We had trouble with one compressor the day before leaving for vacation and I called to let them know, told them when weâ d be back, and they had someone there first thing the next morning for an immediate fix. The units have been running splendidly and these 90 degree days have been so much better for us than in the past! Youâ ll notice many positive reviews for NV, and I will say they are all the real deal. We would recommend NV in the highest fashion, and will attest to an exemplary experience with Keith and his team."
