They also removed a wall/window AC unit and installed window, complete with beautiful new trim around the window. They had to remove siding and cut through the exterior wall of the house to enlarge the opening for the new window. The finished job looks beautiful."

"I am VERY pleased with how this project went and would NOT hesitate to hire Mark Bond Contracting again.  In fact, I have some additional projects to do in 2014 and will give him a call. 
     Mark started my bath project on 9-24-13.  I might mention here that this was the third, yes, third starting date for my bathroom project.  There were different issues and reasons for the delay.  My schedule or Mark's...a death in the family...more time needed on a previous project.  Thru it all Mark was very gracious and good at keeping in touch.  Mark was very good on giving me a start and stop time for each day.  The project took about 3 1/2 days.  If he was going to be late; he always called.  He was very open to my ideas for different products or paints to be used; and at the same time advised me when my idea was not worth the expense.  When we found rotten wood under the toilet he charged me a nominal fee of $50 to repair it. As the bathroom started to really look nice, the unpainted parts that I did not have in the original estimate really stuck out over the painted parts.  Mark was, again, very agreeable to add the painting of the window frame and the baseboard heater for a small fee.  And, without my asking, he painted my wooden spindals under my sink!!!   
     Except for the rotten wood under the toilet, the project went exactly as planned.  Mark was patient to explain all my questions.  I found him very knowledgeable and easy to work with.  And I tend to be very exacting and somewhat neurotic.  I believe it was the confidence that I had in Mark that eased my fears.
