"Josh came out quickly to give us an estimate. My fiancé and I live out of state and happened to be in town for one day the following weekend. Josh went out of his way to leave a family event so that he could meet us at the house to get on the roof with my fiancé, so Josh could show him how he wanted to fix it. Josh and his team did an excellent job and even sent us before and after pictures. Since he knew we lived out of state, he even went out of his way to send pictures of the hail storm that happened shortly before our house closed, so we knew to have the house checked for damage. Josh was professional, courteous, and thorough."

"A drunk driver crashed into our house in the middle of the night.  JBenson arrived within 2 hours of having called them for emergency board up service the next day.  They sent a crew of 4 (plus an electrician that arrived later).  After reviewing the damage, they said they could just board it up or fix the structure.  They removed all broken pieces to the structure, reframed the corner, placed sheeting and tyvek and cleaned up the glass around the site.  Their electrician (a sub) ran a dummy line through the broken outlet so that we could turn the electricity back on to that part of the house. <br /> The cost listed above is an estimate based on the 5 hours of work.  I have not yet seen the claim so I did not rate on cost. <br /> All of the team was very professional and courteous.  We are waiting for a final bid to see if they come back to finalize the work. <br />"

Chris was very responsive to queries both during the bid process and also after the work began. Work was started on the projected start date and completed within a 10 day time frame. <br /> It was important to us that the contractor be involved in the actual work and Chris completed all work with the assistance of one other crew member. It was also important to us that the contractor focus on completing our project and not be juggling us in between numerous other jobs. As mentioned, the work was completed within a one week time frame. Chris and his crew were respectful of our home and minimized the disruption of home improvement. The job site was cleaned at the end of each work day, and all trash was hauled away daily. He had us review each day's work, and would explain to us what the next steps would be. His attention to detail and flexibility with our requests was most impressive. Overall, a pleasant experience (or at least as pleasant as home remodeling can be) and we are very happy with our deck.
