Even though we realize that our bathroom renovation was a "small" job in comparison to what this company handles, we felt as if our bathroom was all that mattered to owner John Dunrite and his crew. "I'm rating this as OK for the great experience I had with them until Justin decided to switch to a different profession and things have gone downhill for them since. Justin was great at diagnostics, parts order and replacement of the Heat Exchanger of Pentair Hybrid heater last year. He was to then do the automation part but didn't progress much because of his decision to change career. I have been following up ever since with numerous calls and text and voice mails but no response. Finally got to talk to Larry who said they can't support me anymore as they don't have the bandwidth. Not a good experience."

The average lifespan of a hot tub can range from five to 20 years. If you have a lower-quality hot tub and neglect routine maintenance, the hot tub will be on the lower end of that range. However, if you invest in a higher-quality material, perform maintenance, and take care of hot tub repairs quickly, you can enjoy your hot tub for closer to 20 years.
