"We had just finished demolition of a shed attached to our garage, and were trying to figure out the best option for getting rid of the debris - shingles, 2x4s, rafters, and so on. First we'd thought we'd rent a dumpster, but that looked too cumbersome and would take longer than we would want, including having a dumpster sit in the driveway for a week.
I found One's Junk on Angie's List and gave Manny a call. It was Saturday evening. We asked if there was any way possible to have them pick up the junk the next day - a Sunday. They were so very nice. I sent them some pictures via the phone, they gave me an approximate cost, and committed to being there at the house the next day to give us an exact quote - after which we were under no obligation to hire them. 
They came when they said they would, they were super, super friendly, went above and beyond the job by helping us remove some pesky bolts from the cement of the demolished shed with a saw (our saw had broken in the process), and our garage and backyard were clean and free of that mess of debris that would have been an eye sore and extra work for us had it not been cleared away by them.
It's been our experience that most contractors or folks working in and around your house do mediocre work that's just enough to get by.

Luckily it was under warranty; however, the new one did not work either that was overnighted from Dallas with Grainger. Chris went the extra mile and was able to take it in and get a working one, just in time for family gatherings. He was fantastic! He is our pool service guy!"

Additionally, he repaired and replaced lighting, requiring some electrical work. In so doing, he uncovered a problem that could have been potentially dangerous that had existed for some time and was unknowingly (by us) the result of repairs performed by a prior service provider.
