He worked with Hot Spring Corp to get the repairs covered by warranty. He is also served in the Navy..made in the USA...good man! Thanks for your service too!"

"The experience is always wonderful. We have uses this company since it was Nelson remode long 10 years ago. Shane actually went out of his way to come on nights and weekends to come and finish our job before the holidays. Which he usually doesn't work weekends or night. We weren't in a hurry but just wanted it done before xmas. Didn't think it was going to happen but to my surprise it was completed 10 days befor. Very professional as always and a joy to talk with. "Ok. Ryan was your professional. He had to burn the old cartridge out to replace. It was a longer process than expected but it got done. Because of the burning there was soot in my tub and all over the bathroom. Not a big deal but I spent an hour cleaning my bathroom. Unfortunately, Choice Home Warranty doesn’t cover cartridges so on top of the service call we had to pay out of pocket for the repairs onto of the service call fee."

"I have been with them for a long time, but I do not like the trend that I am seeing. Their coverage is starting to be less and less. They are quick, and they will respond. The quality of what they do is good, just getting them to do it is the problem. Its more out of pocket than it use to be. I didn't like last time, I had a repair done on an air conditioner. The out of pocket was much as when I had the entire air conditioner replace. I asked how much did they pay the contractor. I asked if I paid them, and they didn't. That set me off. That is how I felt. I can't confirm it, and it gave me a feeling there was something shady going on. It was them or their contractor's that didn't do something by board. What I am hearing around no one is any better."
