Not only did they do an outstanding job, they stayed around for a couple hours testing it to make sure it was working properly. The service man, Joe, came out the next morning, had a new pump/motor, and was able to install it in an hour (including draining and refilling of tub)--well done! Today is Thursday, and it is working fine. Joe was prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. The cost was $850 ($125 service call, $125 labor, $600 pump/motor) and did not include disposal of my old pump/motor, but I would recommend this company and may hire them again because of the fast, reliable, headache-free service provided."

It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given.
