"He was honest and fair..set realistic expectations and followed up. He was following another service person who took my money, never called nor returned my calls."

"Itâ s my pleasure to leave this review for Adam. I clicked â sendâ on my service request and within seconds, he called me. Excellent communication. He was easy to schedule with and prompt.. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed an array of complicated repair issues in an old hot tub- quickly, efficiently, and economically. Then, without being asked, he stayed to test the water in the spa and guide me on the correct chemicals to use of the chemicals I had on hand. He didnâ t have to do that, he simply wanted to be sure our hot tub was working correctly and had clean water for my family. This is so unusual in the service industry. Adam clearly has a passion for his work and sincere desire to see people enjoy their spas. When he told me how much I owed, I was taken aback by how little he charged and added extra because I felt he did not charge enough for all the work and knowledge he shared! You canâ t go wrong with Adam. Heâ s earned a customer for life in me."

"Georgia Aquatics has been servicing my hot tub for about 3 years. They leave my hot tub in pristine condition after their drain and refills, and I always appreciate their sharp attention to details and their reliability. Where else can you get a drain and refill for their prices, all while supporting a local family-owned business? Thank you Georgia Aquatics for up keeping my spa so I can come home and relax after a long days work!"

"We have had Absolute Pool and Spa caring for our pool for over a year now. It started with work on the pump and filter equipment, and that was done by Junior. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and did a fantastic job in working with the Concrete crew that were repairing a sinkhole that affected our pool area. We were so pleased with his service that we hired Absolute Pool to clean and maintain our pool on a bi-weekly basis. That work is done by Maddie, and she is absolutely fantastic. She always calls prior to coming onsite (so that we can put up our dogs and they won't get out), she always checks in and explains what she has done, and the pool has NEVER looked better. And the price is quite reasonable, compared to other companies in our area. We will be using Absolute Pool and Spa for our pool maintenance and repairs from now on!"

"A little late in arriving, however very professional. He took time to explain my hot tub mechanisms, made a repair, and gave us a much needed how-to sheet. Would hire again."

"I received 3 estimates for replacing just the pump motor or to get a new motor and pump as recommended by Pete.  His bid was a bit higher than the other two, and just for the combined system.  I'm glad I went with that as he found another problem with the old pump after replacing it that would have created a problem later.   Pete also fixed some sensors that had been causing intermittent problems due to cracks in the wires.  The diagnostic visit, ordering of the parts and the installation went quite smoothly and the system has worked perfectly for nearly a year since we had the work done.  I would recommend Pete very highly to anyone who wants to have confidence that their pool equipment is in good shape.

"Mike brought my 27 year old Hot Springs Classic back to life. He identified the problem and located parts that I was told (by others) were unavailable. Very knowledgable and dependable. I would give him a solid recommendation. Ed H."

"The initial part repair did not work but he was willing to come back at no extra charge for labor or service call fees with another part to make the spa run correctly. Thanks"
