"Rickie is a wonderful man. It is obvious he really knows hot tubs. Very thorough work and a job done to completion. I would definitely hire him again. Thank you, Rickie."

"He s good at what he does. I m sure there s not a lot of people with that kinda knowledge, but his prices seem a little expensive. He fixed the problem. But unfortunately it caused another expensive problem. Which at that point it would been cheaper to buy a new tub. We opted out of the last repair (were could live with out). We can still enjoy our hot tub. It s great having it running again. So he was much appreciated. Very nice and polite."

"We hired Zack to remedy an error code we had intermittently on our Raypak pool heater. We found him to be very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. We believe the fee we paid was very reasonable, and everything repaired in one visit. We told him we will definitely be calling him come spring for our hot tub issue. It was so nice to meet someone who got back to us in one day of our initial query for help, and also had a great deal of integrity and service! Thank you, Zack!!!!"

"Excellent service! Extremely fast service, great communication, and quick installation and removal of the old hot water heater. Would definitely recommend to anyone."

"Triple "A" Pools is a very dedicated Pool and Spa service company. They treat the customer very well and tell you exactly what is going on, upfront and honest. I highly recommend them for all of your Pool service work."

"its was done pretty fast job but i took 4 days to come and change it would be better if it resolved in 24 hours or 48 hours since its hot summer"

Seventeen years in business; payment required upon job completion and customer satisfaction.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"First time owning a hot tub... The owner gave us a one-page document with everything we needed to know! The repair was pretty expensive compared to other sites but I guess we paid for the labor to have it done that day."
