"It was pretty standard pool service.  They did an adequate job, not spectacular.  The deal was for pool service. That's what they provided.  I was gonna have them do some other work around the pool, but I didn't feel very confident in their ability to do that, so we just stuck with the cleaning. They just weren't really responsive.  Like I said, I was gonna have them do some additional work, some actual repairs with the pool, but they just weren't responsive. They weren't timely in getting back to me on that."

"Kevin repaired the leak the next day after I requested service via Angi. He is very knowledgeable and found the leak right away. He fixed it and checked other hot tub operations to ensure it was all working well. He even got the hose and added needed water. He gave me future recommendations for care. I will recommend him for all hot tub service!!"

"Salvador and crew arrived on time and did a good job on the lawn clean up. They were friendly and professional. The lawn had not been cut for about 3 months during rainy season. We were also giving grass a chance to grow after seeding as drought and water restrictions damaged lawn. After lawn clean up I did decide to go with a monthly maintenance service. Salvador quoted a price of $80 for weekly lawn care. I thought this was a bit high for our small/medium size yard. I decided to still give them a try for a few months however after we made arrangements I reached out to Salavador to inquiry if I can change the lawn care days from Mondays to later in the week and I never got a response from him after 3 attempts to reach out. I left a final message that I would not be needing the services because I have not been able to get in contact with him. I assume he got the message because they did not show on the Monday they were due to start the service. This is the reason for the average rating. It is important to be responsive to your customers. Customers appreciate timely responsiveness even if other options are not available for their requests.

"The service was fine. I had talked to several companies we basically talked about the process. It takes some time from the city of L.A and the department of water and power. I just had the panels turned on a week and a half ago. I did not receive a bill. It was informed that it would take a while. They were fine. They were laid back and not pushy at all. It was a good price and there were a lot of moving parts. They were here when they said they would be."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
