"I have struggled with how to really address a mold problem. Had a company come in and spray; they should have recommended more thorough action. Since, I did not have a good feeling that the problem was solved, I contacted AHS. The initial evaluation was free. The estimator was very thorough and listened to all of my concerns. Because the mold was visible he recommended we test the air, I agreed. Received results from AHS timely. The mold remediation team of three was timely, thoughtful and went beyond the call of duty. I feel that the mold has been cleaned up. Will do maintenance, ex: get a dehumidifier for the spring/summer. Note that I got a discount because of a recommendation from a neighborhood list serv. The remediation work cost $1,800. I would with out question use AHS again. They have certified inspectors that know what they are doing. Finally, based on AMC's advice I am replacing all paper and box containers with plastic to be sure. A successful project."

I was put on their schedule for the following day.  As promised, Sam showed up within the time period I was given.  He had the part with him and was able to make the repair quickly.  His fee was $75, which is the cost to us through our Old Republic coverage
