"I have used their services for five different jobs in the past. They have always maintained the highest standard of quality in the work requested. Furthermore, above and beyond the call of duty, you have pointed out and fixed problems in need of attention, often at little or no cost, including great advice. Also, you have always accommodated me as a customer for any special needs, including appointment date and time. Briggs and Son Plumbing has never finished a job at my house until all the work was perfect, including clean-up. I should also mention that your very competitive price has always been a relief in a stressful situation. I am very grateful for your service in the past, as well as your recent service in July of this year."

"The electrician was on time and courteous. explained the problems and corrected those needed."

"Very nice, qualified and timely."

"Pipepals plumbing was 10 stars! Choice was 4 stars. They were timely in assigning the job but I had to keep an eye in the website as notifications did not get pushed via email as expected. They also wouldn't cover all the work recommended by the plumber. Essentially I had a broken pvc in an outside faucet and they wanted him to reuse the faucet instead of replacing it. So I would have had a 1/2 in pipe with 2 connectors...to an old faucet just to save $30. I paid out of pocket so it's right but really? Again plumber was AWESOME. Showed early and returned next day to confirm leak was fixed and patched the holes."

"The repair went great. Having done plumbing I could see the work performed was totally correct. Thanks"

"They were fast to respond to my request ,arrived on time , evaluated the situation , explains what needed to be done and gave me a quote on what it would cost to complete the project after making recommendations about the parts needed. They were tidy and secheduled a time to return later the same day to complete the work needed. I am very pleased with the work and their knowledge."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Working with Rob was great! He came in and did a free estimate. All along the way my husband helped him and worked along side of him. He encouraged us to do as many thing as we could to save money in the long run. My husband did all the things he felt comfortable doing and had time to do. We started this project in the beginning of October and wrapped up mid November. The project could have been completed sooner but due to my husbands work schedule Rob worked mostly half days throughout the project. He was very flexible and honest with his time. The cost included his labor, materials he purchased and the cost to dumping the trailer twice. I would say the cost for labor alone was about $3K. As described in the detail above he helped get the demo started, complete it, framed out the area according to our design request, hung the drywall, sanded all the walls and ceilings, hung new doors and all the trim. We were very pleased with the quality of his work and recommend him for future work and plan to hire him for other projects in our home."

"They got back to us so quickly. They gave us a quote and they started exactly when they said they would even finished a little early. Super good at checking in and giving us updates on our project. Receptive to feedback. I will contact them next time I have any project!!!"
