"Every once in a while I am truly reminded why Angie's List works and is worth the investment... Terry and CCCM are the poster child. I am researching my first ever driveway repair / replacement, and Terry went out of his way to look over pictures of my driveway, provide me sound advice, and even educate me in areas like asphalt vs concrete... all AFTER he knew he was too busy to be able to win the work himself. 100% altruistic and appreciated. Given their other amazing Angie's List reviews and now my own personal experience, I will go out of my way to work with Terry and CCCM on all future home improvement projects. You should, too!"

"Jeremy does wonderful work. He makes sure that everything is done as perfect as possible. Everyone that has seen my kitchen has nothing but good things to say about it. I would highly recommend Jeremy for your home project."

"I have been in construction for nearly 50 years, so I have developed a keen eye for quality craftsmanship. Our project was no small project, so there was a genuine concern that the right company be hired to do our project. After reading J T General Contracting's reviews, I reached out to Jim for an estimate. Again, as I stated earlier, I have been involved in construction for nearly 50 years, so when a contractor shows up for an estimate when he stated that he would, that is a good first step. In talking with Jim about our project, it didn't take long for me to realize that he knows what he is talking about and how our project should be approach. After interviewing two other contractors, it was a no brainer to go with J T General Contractors. Our project just completed today, and I can state that from the demolition of our existing deck, to the layout and installation of piers, Posts, Joists, Trex Composite Deck (with stairs and raised platform for the Spa) and composite Railings, I could not find one flaw in his workmanship. Jim takes a great deal of pride in the work that he is installing and demands that from his employees as well. Secondly, Jim has excellent communication skills, not only in responding to phone calls or text messages, but explaining what he will be doing each step of the way. I would have no problem referring J T General Contracting to family and friends and will be using Jim for our future projects."

"They rebuilt our front stairs and painted the porch. Tim was the project manager who came up with the best solution for our needs. Team was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and meticulous. Superb quality for a reasonable price. Would trust to do future home projects."

"Jack and his team did an excellent job remodeling a non functional bathroom in our home. They replaced old plumbing lines running from the basement to the second floor bathroom, removed an old block glass window which required framing for a new window on the exterior wall. They took care of all the tile work and fixture installation. Great job overall."

"Our experience with AP Builder was great. Angelo was very knowledgeable and professional, keeping us informed every step of the way. This was a big important project for our home and I am extremely happy with how it came out! The cost was very reasonable and there were no surprises, everything was open and honest. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you AP!"

"I called Salvador out to repair damage to my bathroom left from another contractor. I'm beyond elated and happy with the repair work. His workers showed up on time each day. They covered my stairs to prevent dirt and damage. Each day they were at my home, they took away all garbage which saved me from having it sit around to garbage pickup. I'm so happy with his work, I've contacted him to do a total demolition of my master bathroom. His rates are fair and reseasonsble."

"Claudiu and Reuben are excellent at what they do and I would highly recommend them for any home project. They helped us find and repair a plumbing leak in our Chicago condo and were extremely professional, communicative, and highly experienced throughout the entire project. Ultimately, they found the source of the leak quickly, were able to diagnose and repair it, and then reset the bathroom within the estimated time and budget. They explained what was happening at every stage of the demo/repair and completed the work to an extremely high standard. I would highly recommend RC Brothers to anyone."

"Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"

"Imperial 1 Construction was a great company to work with. Mr Gonzalez has a terrific eye for detail and home design. His performance was beyond what I have every experienced. He extremely professional and has reasonable prices. I could not have expected a better experience."
