He immediately spent some time determining the source of the odor (most likely a dead rodent in the wall of a storage closet) in my house. He recommended a good exterminator to open walls and remove the offending rodent but also advised how I could do it myself easily (and much cheaper). "While mold and more did not do the actual mold remediation, they did conduct the post remediation testing for us and was very professional and helpful throughout this crazy process.
