"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"I have used AStar in the past and will continue to use them for all my future heating system needs. AStar staff from telephone reception to the completion of the work by the technician were professional, courteous and knowledgeable.  Technician was prompt and complete all of the work in a timely manner.  Exceptionally thorough in his diagnostic work and in the completion of the repair work required.  He took the time to explain every detail of the job with me and gave me a better understanding of how my heating system works.  I have used AStar in the past and will continue to use them for all of my heating system needs.  Great job and I can't recommend them enough!

"They serviced and inspected the furnace and gave us the and quot;okand quot; to use it. They were very professional, answered all our questions and very honest. They even called a few days later to make sure that everything was running well. We will definitely use them again, it was a great experience at a tough time. They did a great job and price was fair.

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
